NO Meeting on 02.02.2026 Monday
Mowing :
- Service days are going to be Monday and Tuesday focusing on Yellowfin on Monday and TripleTail on Tuesday. We are in a Bi-weekly service season.
- Biweekly mowing through the end of March, April 1st weekly mowing through Summer.
- 2 mowing in the month of January. Week of the 9th and week of the 23rd.
Pruning :
- We will not be pruning any single family home in the month of February. Next prune is scheduled for March first or second week.
- Pruning around the Single family homes was completed on 01.08.2026 “No prune list is being updated as we have homeowners not wanting to have them pruned.”
- Starting the clusia perimeter hedge in Yellowfin week of 02.09 this will be to prune the clusia hedge to the height of the wall.
Irrigation :
- Due to the cold weather we are anticipating to get we will be turning off the irrigation to prevent any plant damages.
- January’s wet check was performed on 01.19.2026.
- Scheduled for 4th week of the month.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM):
- Integrated pest control application was performed on 01.30.2026.
- The main focus will be fungus activity on the turf as we start to get cooler weather, insect activity on the shrubs. Weed control on turf- Nut sedge, porter weed and florida snow.
- Pending pictures to be uploaded.
Concerns/ Communication:
- A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am for board and resident concerns
- Few homes are missing lids over the valve boxes. Working on getting them replaced.

- Fall mulch application was completed on 12.04.2025.
- Hardwood and palm pruning was completed on 12.19.2025.
