Here’s a Preview of Your Upcoming Landscape Services
Mowing :
- Meeting will resume 01.05.2026.
- Service days are going to be Monday and Tuesday focusing on Yellowfin on Monday and TripleTail on Tuesday. We are in a Bi-weekly service season.
- Biweekly mowing until April when we resume weekly mowing.
- 2 mowing in the month of January.
Pruning :
- The next prune schedule will be in January and looking between the 3rd and 4th week of January. “No prune list is being updated as we have homeowners not wanting to have them pruned.”
- Main focus for the month of January will be shrubs around the property and clusia hedge around the lanai cage as we will be doing a selective prune approach to the plantings.
Irrigation :
- Irrigation wet check started 12.29.2025, once completed will upload wet check report.
- Scheduled for 3rd week of the month.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM):
- Integrated pest control application next application will be January 19-23.
- The main focus will be fungus activity on the turf as we start to get cooler weather, insect activity on the shrubs. Weed control on turf- Nut sedge, porter weed and florida snow.

Upcoming Landscaping:
- Fall mulch application was completed on 12.04.2025.
- Hardwood and palm pruning was completed on 12.19.2025.
Concerns/ Communication:
- A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am for board and resident concerns
- With mowing and Christmas present, when mowing need to be careful with Christmas decorations.
