Here’s a Preview of Your Upcoming Landscape Services
No meeting on December 22nd, and Monday 29th, 2025, resuming on *01.05.2025*
Mowing :
- With the holidays approaching we will be condensing schedules and will be mowing all of Manatee Cove the week of 29th and not mowing the week of the 22nd.
- We will be performing normal maintenance the week of the 15th.
- Service days are going to be Monday and Tuesday focusing on Yellowfin on Monday and TripleTail on Tuesday. We are in a Bi-weekly service season.
- We will be picking up debri on Tuesday the 23rd so that debri is not laying over the Holidays..
Pruning :
- The next prune schedule will be in January and looking between the 3rd and 4th week of January. “No prune list is being updated as we have homeowners not wanting to have them pruned.”
- Main focus for the month of January will be shrubs around the property and clusia hedge around the lanai cage as we will be doing a selective prune approach to the plantings.
Irrigation :
- Irrigation adjustments are being made, don’t need to water frequently due to cooler weather.
- Scheduled for 3rd week of the month.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM):
- Integrated pest control application next application will be January 19-23.
- The main focus will be fungus activity on the turf as we start to get cooler weather, insect activity on the shrubs. Weed control on turf- Nut sedge, porter weed and florida snow.

- Next fertilizer application is scheduled for the week of 01.19.2026.
Upcoming Landscaping:
- Fall mulch application was completed on 12.04.2025.
- Hardwood and palm pruning was completed on 12.19.2025.
Concerns/ Communication:
- A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am for board and resident concerns
- With mowing and Christmas present, when mowing need to be careful with Christmas decorations.
