Mowing :
- Two mowing teams are servicing the property in one day. Service days are scheduled for Mondays.

Pruning :

- The main focus is to lightly prune most plantings as we are getting ready for most plantings to start blooming and growth to start slowing down.
- Pruning grasses that are obstructing the walkways. Not every grass got done due to them looking well.
Irrigation :
- Integrated pest control application will be on the 4rd week of September weather permits.
- The main focus this month is fungus as we are in the time of the month where it’s most active.
- Special request on fungus due signs being present already.
- Fertilizer will be applied as we come out of the blackout period.

Upcoming Landscaping:
- Fall mulch schedule for December
- Palm trimming per contract set for December
Concerns/ Communication:
- A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am for board and resident concerns
- Fungus is presenting itself and grass is showing signs of yellow doesn’t mean it’s going to decline.
- Blowing needs to be looked into as when we are blowing down we blow the debri into the plant beds. Greenscapes will address the crew.
