Mowing :
Two teams are currently mowing the property in one day, with service scheduled for Mondays.
Pruning :
July pruning is complete. Next cycle is planned for the second week of August (subject to weather delays), focusing on height concerns and requirements for Colusa around the lanai and home sides.
Irrigation :
Wet check completed in the second week of July. Next check is scheduled for the second week of August. System runs one day a week to maintain lines and heads.
IPM:
Community serviced week of July 14, 2025. Next service is set for the week of August 21, targeting fungus and seasonal insect activity.
Upcoming Landscaping:
Fall mulch scheduled for November.
Palm trimming per contract set for December.
Concerns/ Communication:
A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM for board and resident concerns.
Current issues include a heavy weed flush in flower beds due to recent fertilization, expected to be controlled within one to two weeks. A Kosta coast assessment of palms is planned, with a palm health plan to address yellowing and decline to be provided to the board.
