Here’s a Preview of Your Upcoming Landscape Services
Mowing :
This is the second week the team will be mowing out the Community in one day.
Reviewing the rideaway on the southside with Captain will be serviced this week.
Still working with the team as to the standard operations, since there is a brand new team assigned.
Pruning :
This week is the start of the pruning cycle and should take about 7 days to complete finishing the week of 7,21.2025
The teams are focusing on just leveling foundational hedges( general maintenance).
Removing suckers from the Greenbottonwood – trimming lower palms
Tree will be trimmed during December and January as best time for the healing process
Mulch set for the end of November first of December
Irrigation :
Wet check being completed today for the month of July.
We have provided the irrigation run schedules and zone locations to the board.
*Need Irrigation to review 1967 Triple tail – proposal approved to research areas.
IPM:
Service was completed last week on all turf and plant material
Next service set for week of August 21st (Focus will be on Fungus and insect activity )
Over all property in great shape
Approved Landscaping:
*Approved landscaping proposal is #43015 Turf replacement; pending weather is set for this week. However, the fields are rained out today. Will follow up as material become available
The second one is for research at home in 1967 – irrigation proposal
The Landscape assessment has been completed and turned in for review and further discussion.
The Turf assessment will be completed and turned in by Monday 7.21.22025
Will be reviewing roi see about bulk drainage installation with homeowners independently –
Will also provide 2 samples of rock / stepping stone walkways between homes
Concerns/ Communication:
Currently Members have been added as users for viewing the Zendesk system.
As of today 7.14.2025 there are 2 open irrigation to be addressed today with wet check and 5 open pruning which will close the week with trimming.
