Mowing :
- Weekly mow is being performed every week moving forward this will be through October 2026.
- Bi-weekly mowing will be starting in November 2nd week in November.
- Due to weather conditions schedules can change due to rainfall. This could potentially cause delays on the mowing schedule.
Pruning :
- September prune cycle was started on 09.22.2026. We are focusing on the single-family homes. This will be for the shrubs on the sides and fronts of the homes.
- October prune cycle, Greenscapes will focus on the perimeter hedges around the property.
- Any homes that wish to have them higher will be responsible for upcoming heights. Greenscapes can prune them but will be at an additional cost.
- The no prune list is updated and will be following the list accordingly. “No prune list is being updated as we have homeowners not wanting to have them pruned.” 09.28.2026
Irrigation :
- September wet check was completed on 09.05.2026.
- Irrigation rain delay has been implemented as we are getting rainfall daily.
- Irrigation system has been delayed for 10days.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM):
- Next IPM visit is scheduled for the 3rd week in October.
- Fertilizer for turf and shrubs will be done at the same time.
- Main focus for the IPM visit is chinch bugs, spidermites, and weeds on turf.
Concerns/ Communication:
- A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am for board and resident concerns.
Upcoming Landscape:
- Presenting 2 proposals for Manatee Cove to review and discuss. Pool area and front entry islands.
- Mulch application for Manatee Cove is anticipated for the first week in December.
- Hardwood and palm pruning is anticipated for first week in November.
