Here’s a Preview of Your Upcoming Landscape Services
NO meeting on July 27th
Mowing :
- Weekly mow is being performed every week moving forward this will be through October 2026.
- We will also be spraying the same day we perform the mowing for Manatee Cove. The spraying schedule will start in the Club House and then the outer wall.
- Due to weather conditions schedules can change due to rainfall. This could potentially cause delays on the mowing schedule.
Pruning :
- July’s prune cycle was started on 07.06.2026 and completed on 07.20.2026.
- Main focus this month’s prune cycle- shrubs around the homes. This includes cocoplums, viburnum and bottle brush plantings. Clusia hedges around the lanai cages where not done this month.
- Clusia pruning is anticipated to be started in August. Any homes that wish to have them higher will be responsible for upcoming heights. Greenscapes can prune them but will be at an additional cost.
- The no prune list is updated and will be following the list accordingly. “No prune list is being updated as we have homeowners not wanting to have them pruned.” 07.17.2026
Irrigation :
- Irrigation wet checks for July were completed on 07.15.2026.
- Wet check report for July will be added on the next report.
- Water management has set a restriction to water 3 days a week. Manatee Cove is running this schedule.
- Due to the amount of rainfall we have been experiencing we currently have an irrigation delay of 1 week to help reduce the amount of water build up we have been noticing.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM):
- We need to do a root injection to help the Silver Bismark as I see new growth showing. Greenscapes will be providing a proposal.
- IPM treatment was performed on 07.17.2026 shrubs were sprayed throughout the community.

Concerns/ Communication:
- A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am for board and resident concerns.
- Proposal for adding soil to the wall was provided behind 2174, 2182, 2186 as we have a small opening at the bottom of the wall.
- Submitted a few proposals for plant replacement at 1966 Tripletail, common area next to 1967 Tripletail dead tree.
- Concerns as 2236 Yellowfin, installed a podocarpus hedge around the back of the property. No planting bed was created or mulch to help stop the weeds from going in this area. I want to spray it out but don’t want plantings fading out and Greenscapes be at fault.
Upcoming Landscape:
- Presenting a proposal for a root injection on the Silver Bismark at the front entrance of Manatee Cove on the exit side of Yellowfin.
- Presenting 2 proposals for Manatee Cove to review and discuss. Pool area and front entry islands.
- Proposal for additional mulch that is needed to complete the entire property.
