Here’s a Preview of Your Upcoming Landscape Services
Mowing :
- Two mowing teams are servicing the property in one day. Service days are scheduled for Mondays.
- ½ day with one team to do small detail work service days are Thursdays. Main focus as we continue to spray weeds is to make sure we are also pulling weeds close to the plant.
Pruning :
- Pruning will begin the first week of November. “No prune list is being updated as we have homeowners not wanting to have them pruned.”
- Pruning focus will be towards Japanese BlueBerry as they are over the roof line bringing them back down between 5ft to 6ft overall height.
- NOT all plantings will be trimmed as the majority of the plantings are blooming or getting ready to bloom.
Irrigation :
- The irrigation wet checks are currently being done as we have started this week with them.
- Scheduled for 3rd week of the month.
- Irrigation reports will start being implemented after the wet checks are completed.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM):
- Integrated pest control application is scheduled for November.
- The main focus this month, insect activity and depending on weather, weeds on turf.

Upcoming Landscaping:
- Fall mulch schedule for the 2nd week in December.
- Palm trimming per contract set for the last week in December.
Concerns/ Communication:
- A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am for board and resident concerns
- There is an improvement on the weeds on the planting beds and will continue with the additional resources until it’s under control.
- The blowing on the property is improving and will continue until we have it under control. As of right now the blowing is being done properly.
