Here’s a Preview of Your Upcoming Landscape Services
Mowing :
- Two mowing teams are servicing the property in one day. Service days are scheduled for Mondays.
- ½ day with one team to do small detail work service days are Thursdays. Main focus is to weed out the planting beds as we are spraying non-selective herbicide.
- New crew has started and changed the routine of work. We are starting in Tripletail and finishing Yellowfin towards the end of the day.
Pruning :
- September pruning was completed on 09-18-2025. “No prune list is being updated as we have homeowners not wanting to have them pruned.”
- Pruning the fakahatchee grass around the electrical boxes will be targeted this month. The rest of the muhly grasses were trimmed due to obstructing the driveways.
- Flower shrubs will not be touched as they are getting ready to bloom. We will be trimming shrubs that will not be affected when trimming.
Irrigation :
- The wet check inspection cycle was completed on 09-24-2025.
- Scheduled for 3rd week of the month.
- Irrigation repairs are being made, decoder and 2 wire issues being resolved.
Integrated Pest Management (IPM):
- Integrated pest control application was performed on 10.01.2025..

Upcoming Landscaping:
- Fall mulch schedule for the 2nd week in December
- Palm trimming per contract set for December
Concerns/ Communication:
- A representative is available at the clubhouse every Monday from 8:30am to 9:30am for board and resident concerns
- Weeds in plant beds have presented themself and have additional resources addressing this issue.
- Blowing needs to be looked into as when we are blowing down we blow the debri into the plant beds. Greenscapes will have a meeting with the crews as a reminder.
